Have you started any holiday baking yet? I officially started with these yummy chocolate dipped snowballs, but they are a no-bake dessert/cookie, so does this count? I vote YES!

The first time I tried these, I was hooked and asked our one daughter-in-law for the recipe. My recipe book is filled with lots of her great recipes.
This is pretty much all you need to make these delicious snowballs.

To make it easy, I went ahead and measured out the 5 cups of the Honey Bunches of Oats cereal and put it in one of my prep bowls.
As soon as the marshmallows and butter were all melted, it was easier to just pour the entire bowl of the cereal into the pan and start mixing it all together. Once it cools slightly, moisten your hands with water and shape the mixture into 24 balls. Prepare the Baker’s Dark Semi-sweet Dipping Chocolate according to package directions.
Once all the snowballs have been dipped and hardened in the refrigerator, they’re ready to serve. Just keep them stored in a covered container in the refrigerator until you serve them. But have a recipe card hand, because everyone will be asking you for this delicious and easy recipe.
Stay tune for another recipe next week that’s sure to make all chocolate lovers happy!
